My name is Liz (or Elizabeth) Williams and I have been an overweight, over-stressed, overworked working mother for decades! I’ve had my fair share of rock bottom moments (yes you can have more than one!) and was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in 2021.

My love for education meant that I became a Wellness360 Coach & Certified Wellness Coach with the IAWP to help achieve some work-life balance, and as a Holistic Weight Loss Coach to figure out what in the world was going on with my mind, my body, my motivation, and how could I get healthy.

I loved the focus on a natural intuitive approach to eating and living that addresses the whole person, and through the program found the connection to how I could create long-lasting changes to my aching body & overtired mind.

Now, my goal is to share the knowledge so that you can become your own wellness coach! If you balance your life, you will balance your blood sugars too and end the cycle of dieting and all the emotions that come with it.
