I completed a health coaching course with Julie and it was transformational, it came at a time when I was discovering a great deal about my own health and well being. This gave me support during a period of personal growth that was invaluable.
The course also gave me knowledge and ideas that were for the betterment of my overall health and pushed me to evaluate and ask questions of myself that I would never have done alone, or taken the time to talk through and use to form new habits.
