My Training
My training and journey to becoming a coach has been one full of diverse experiences and dedicated training. I believe that true well-being encompasses mind, body, and spirit, and my training reflects this holistic philosophy.
Florals
For over a year, I honed my artistic eye and practical skills in floral design. My training has been with the award-winning The Flowerman and with award winning designer Eulgio. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the beauty and symbolism of flowers, allowing me to incorporate their transformative power into my work with clients. I see floral design as more than just arranging blooms; it’s a way to connect with nature’s artistry and express emotions through the language of flowers.
Herbs
My exploration of natural wellness extends beyond the visual. I’ve delved into the world of herbalism and plant medicine through my training with Dr. Nicole Apelian in her Lost Skills and Forgotten Apothecary courses. This training has provided me with a deep understanding of the healing properties of plants. It has also taught me how to utilize them in crafting herbal remedies and supporting overall well-being. Connecting with the earth’s natural pharmacy is a powerful way to enhance health and cultivate a deeper connection to the natural world.
Ceremony
The creation of meaningful rituals and ceremonies is another cornerstone of my approach. My training in wellness certification courses has provided me with the tools and knowledge to guide others in curating personalized ceremonies that honor significant life events, set intentions, and bring a sense of sacredness to everyday experiences. These rituals can be a powerful way to connect with your inner self and create lasting positive change.
Wellness Coaching
My formal wellness training comes from the International Association of Wellness Professionals’ Wellness Coach Certification Program. The IAWP is a leading international organization dedicated to supporting holistic professionals. This certification has equipped me with a strong foundation in wellness principles and coaching methodologies.
Therapeutic Background
Prior to focusing on holistic wellness, I dedicated six years to earning my Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees, as well as my independent clinical therapist license. For over ten years, I’ve provided counseling and coaching, giving me a deep understanding of human behavior and the challenges individuals face in achieving well-being. This extensive experience has laid the groundwork for my current holistic approach.
I bring a unique blend of training, experience, and dedication to my coaching practice. I am passionate about empowering individuals to embrace a healthy lifestyle, cultivate self-love, and create lasting change.
