Let me share a little bit of my journey. I have been in recovery for over 5 years. My body changed in many ways from alcohol abuse and other issues.\u00a0 When I stopped drinking, I had incredible sugar cravings. I was told “it’s ok to eat the sugar”. Well, I am here to tell you from my experience that it is not ok to substitute on addiction for another, at least not for me.\u00a0 I was suffering from weight gain, general fatigue, brain fog, and mood swings. What I discovered was I was struggling with hormonal imbalance, and I could not manage my weight regardless of how much I reduced my calories and exercised.<\/p>\n

I have used the tools from this program to manage my weight and get my energy back. I have also grown spiritually and that has helped me live a happy and fulfilled life today!<\/p>\n
