End the Cycle of Exhaustion and Stress— For Good
Are you tired of waking up each morning already exhausted? Do you wish you could escape the endless hamster wheel of do more, have more, be more? Are you feeling defeated by the constant media messaging about being perfect in your career, relationships, home, and appearance— all while having a smile on your face?
But what if life doesn’t have to be this hard?
Hi, I’m Alicia Fredericksen, M.Ed., and I am passionate about helping others escape the cycle of exhaustion and stress— for good. A few years ago, I thought I was doing everything right. I had achieved a master’s degree, gotten a full-time job with great benefits, was surrounded by friends and family— and yet I still wasn’t happy. I was exhausted from constantly achieving, anxious about how to maintain it all, and overwhelmed with all the ways I felt I was falling short. In short, I was burnt out on all fronts. I realized there had to be a better way than the constant hustle and stress.
I explored and researched many recommendations on what true body, mind, and soul wellness looks like and how to achieve it. I found what wasn’t for me, what worked best, and the concepts that truly made a difference in my everyday life. I pursued training in holistic wellness, core wounds healing, and mindful self-compassion. I researched resilience, social attachment, body image, self-esteem, goal setting and habit formation, and honed what I was learning through my own experiences and practice.
Whatever your goals, you’ve probably been finding a lot of conflicting advice out there. With thousands of books, blogs and podcasts on every health topic, how do you know whom to listen to and what’s right for you?
Rest assured, creating a life you love to wake up to doesn’t have to be so confusing.

I’ve done the trial and error for you. I’ve found what works and what creates the biggest impacts, and I am so excited to get you feeling energized about your life today. Getting the life you deserve doesn’t have to feel like an uphill climb.

About Me:
I am a professional woman in my 30s, who has worked in the healthcare and wellness industries for the past decade. I live in the Washington D.C. area with my partner, and spend my free time trying to teach her dog and my cat to be friends. I’m never happier than when I’m lost in a book or a museum.
I believe that black lives matter, love is love, and feminism is not a dirty word.
