What This Journey Is

The Health Alignment Journey is a three-month, personalized coaching experience designed to help you find more ease, clarity, and alignment in your health.

Rather than focusing on fixing or perfecting, this journey emphasizes:

  • listening to your body
  • understanding patterns with curiosity
  • gently exploring what supports your nervous system
  • creating rhythms that feel sustainable and aligned

This work is non-clinical and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It is a supportive, reflective process that helps you build self-trust and a more compassionate relationship with your health.

Who This Is For

This journey may be a good fit if you:

  • feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out around health
  • struggle with perfectionism or “doing health right”
  • want a gentler, more personalized approach
  • are curious about how your body, mind, and inner life are connected
  • want support without pressure, protocols, or rigid plans

How the Journey Works (3 Months)

The journey unfolds gradually, allowing space for awareness, integration, and change without force.

Month 1 — BODY: Listening for safety, signals, and rhythm

We begin by getting oriented to where you are right now.

  • Week 1 (60 min):
    YOU ARE HERE — We complete a whole-person health matrix together, focusing on the body. This helps us notice patterns, stress signals, energy, and rhythms without judgment.
  • Weeks 2–3 (30 min each):
    Tuning In — We reflect on what you’re noticing in your body and how it responds when you slow down and listen.
  • Week 4 (60 min):
    Checkpoint 1 — We revisit the matrix, noticing what has shifted and gently beginning to explore how the mind interacts with the body.

Month 2 — MIND: Understanding patterns, capacity, and meaning

This month focuses on making sense of mental and emotional patterns with compassion.

  • Weeks 5–7 (30 min each):
    Tuning In — We notice stress responses, mental load, self-talk, decision fatigue, and meaning-making patterns as they show up in daily life.
  • Week 8 (60 min):
    Checkpoint 2 — We connect body and mind patterns and gently introduce reflection around values, meaning, and what feels aligned.

Month 3 — SOUL: Integration, rhythm, and belonging

The final month focuses on integration and sustainability.

  • Weeks 9–11 (30 min each):
    Tuning In — We explore what feels life-giving or draining, where life feels aligned or out of rhythm, and what supports a sense of grounding and belonging.
  • Week 12 (60 min):
    Checkpoint 3 — We complete a final matrix together, integrating body, mind, and soul. We reflect on themes, rhythms to carry forward, and what kind of support (if any) feels right next.

Session Format

  • 12 total sessions over 3 months
    • 4 × 60-minute sessions (matrix + checkpoints)
    • 8 × 30-minute sessions (weekly tuning-in conversations)
  • Sessions are reflective, conversational, and personalized
  • No required homework, tracking, or “doing it right”

Additional Support Between Sessions

Throughout the three months, you’ll also have access to my private Substack space, which includes:

  • short reflection videos
  • written prompts
  • optional resources
  • a gentle sense of community

This space is there to support reflection between sessions, not to add pressure.

After the three-month journey, you can choose whether or not you’d like to remain subscribed.

Investment: The Health Alignment Journey (3 months): $640 total

Payment options:

  • $640 paid in full, or
  • $215 per month for 3 months
  • Check with HSA as some cover the cost of the program.

This pricing reflects:

  • personalized 1:1 coaching
  • extended 60-minute reflection sessions
  • ongoing support over three months
  • access to the private Substack space during the journey

What Happens After the Journey

At the end of three months, there is no obligation to continue.

Some people:

  • feel complete and choose to pause
  • continue with ongoing 1:1 coaching
  • stay connected through the Substack
  • take time to integrate on their own

We’ll decide together what feels supportive — without pressure.

It’s about:

  • understanding what your system has been responding to
  • learning to listen with more compassion
  • finding alignment that feels possible in real life
