Hi, my name is Sheena and I’m a DIY floral coach, herbal enthusiast & personal ceremony facilitator. I’m dedicated to creating meaningful connections through flowers, herbs & ritual.
I guide cacao, herbalism, meditation, & plant ceremonies, weaving together my background in therapy with my love for the natural world. These can take place at a location of your choosing or I can provide a space for you! I am also the founder of the Pollen Patch, native ethnobotanical garden and living classroom, where I hold my workshops.
I’m passionate about empowering others to infuse intention into daily life and rediscover the origins of ceremony through ceremony & DIY projects in individual sessions, workshops & private groups.

I never thought I'd celebrate turning 50, because let's be honest, it isn't something any woman wants to do. But creating a ceremonial birthday turned out to be the perfect way to step into this new chapter for me. Working with you was such a unique and exciting experience. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the process of creating something so personal and all about me! You asked questions I never would have thought to ask myself, and you helped me discover things that I hadn't realized before. I'm not usually one for crafting, but I was drawn to your Valentine's herbal craft love potion workshop. As a single guy, Valentine's Day can be a bit… much. But the theme was intriguing, and I'm so glad I went. Learning about the herbs and their properties, choosing the crystals and essential oils, and then creating the talisman necklace was such a fun and creative process. I especially appreciated you educating us on the different kinds of love Rumi talked about – it wasn't just about romantic love, which was refreshing. The workshop added a beautiful layer of meaning to it all. I wear the necklace every day, and it reminds me of the intention I put into creating it. Herbal Craft Testimonial
Losing my grandfather was heartbreaking, but our floral arrangement ceremony helped me find a way to celebrate his life even through my grief. Choosing the flowers and creating the arrangement was so special. It was a way to connect with our shared love of gardening, to our beloved memories.
