I’m Melanie — a health and well-being coach who believes meaningful change doesn’t come from starting over, but from slowing down, paying attention, and being supported in real life.
I work with thoughtful, capable people who are often carrying a lot. Many are doing “fine” on the outside, yet feel stretched, scattered, or unsure of what they need next. My role is not to fix or push, but to offer a steady, supportive space to reflect, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward in ways that feel sustainable and aligned.
My approach is grounded in listening first. In our work together, we slow things down enough to notice what actually matters, what’s getting in the way, and what kind of support would be most helpful right now. From there, we focus on small, meaningful shifts — not quick fixes or rigid plans — that can realistically be carried into everyday life.
I bring together training in health coaching, functional nutrition, and behavior change, along with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through private practice and corporate coaching. I’ve worked with people navigating stress, transitions, health concerns, and questions of direction — always with the belief that clarity grows through understanding, not pressure.
I’m also completing graduate work in leadership and innovation, with a focus on listening, community well-being, and sustainable change. This work continues to shape how I show up as a coach — grounded, curious, and attentive to the whole person.
Above all, I want the people I work with to feel heard, respected, and supported — not managed, judged, or rushed.
