Imperfect Health

This group program will follow along with Brene Brown’s Book, “The Gifts of Imperfection.”

We will meet over Zoom once a week for 14 weeks.

There will be two different options to meet:

Wednesdays from 12-1 CST

*First Wednesday Meeting is March 29

Thursdays from 7-8 CST

*First Thursday Meeting is March 30

All sessions will be recorded and audio will be shared to the group. You can attend either session or both!

You will need to purchase the book in order to get the most out of our time together.

The goal of this group will be to look at our health and wellness with compassion and grace and see what thought processes might be getting us stuck.
