Meet Melanie
I’m Melanie — a health and well-being coach who believes you don’t need to start over to move forward.
My work is grounded in listening, curiosity, and compassion. I support people who are capable, thoughtful, and often carrying a lot — people who are doing their best but want to feel more steady, clear, and supported in their day-to-day lives.
In our sessions, we slow things down. We make space to notice what’s really going on, name what matters most, and take small, meaningful steps that actually fit your life. I don’t believe in quick fixes or pushing through — I believe in sustainable change that grows from understanding, not pressure.
I bring over a decade of experience in health coaching, functional nutrition, and behavior change, along with more than 1,200 coaching sessions across private practice and corporate coaching. I’m also completing graduate work focused on leadership, listening, and community well-being — all of which continues to shape how I show up with care and intention.
Above all, my goal is for you to feel heard, grounded, and supported — not managed, judged, or rushed.
