Living Plate’s certified program C.H.E.F.S. stands for Cooking, Healthy Eating, and Food Strategies. It is a virtual, self-paced program designed to support you with basic cooking skills instruction while exploring the health benefits of foods.

Joy Health and Wellness has added in tools to help you with gentle nutrition and intuitive eating. After completing this program you would be C.H.E.F.S certified and feel more empowered in the kitchen.
