Hi! I’m Julie Scott and I am a Certified Wellness Coach with the International Association of Wellness Professionals and the owner of Mastering Me Wellness Inc. Maybe you are so busy in the hustle of every-day life that you barely have time to think about your wants and needs. Maybe you have consciously or sub-consciously been conditioned to believe that as a woman, pleasing others comes way before pleasing yourself.
Don’t worry. Looking within, knowing and loving yourself into a full, beautiful and and productive life is possible. If you would like a clear path to that, Mastering Me Wellness Program will take you through a step by step process to help you reach a point where you love yourself madly and live your life gladly! My goal is to guide you all the way there!
This time it’s all about you! Learn about yourself, learn how to take care of yourself and love yourself madly so you can live your life gladly! And when you live your life gladly, co-existing beautifully with others comes naturally!
Step 1: Mindset Mastery: To know yourself is to love yourself! Do you sometimes wonder who YOU are and what YOU want, but you’re always wrapped up in everyone else’s desires, opinions and agendas? Using a special tool, you will get to know and understand yourself better than you ever have! This tool will help you understand yourself and even celebrate yourself, as you get excited about your unique qualities and traits!
Remember the oxygen mask on the plane scenario? You must put YOUR oxygen mask on before your can help others put THEIRS on. Do you feel burnt out and exhausted from prioritizing everyone else without taking care of yourself first? You will explore the importance of establishing boundaries in your life. You’ll learn ways to implement them in order to maintain balance and prevent burn-out.
Step 2: Body Balance: If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream! Do you hear all that confusing noise out there about all types of “healthy diets” and lifestyles and wonder “Which one would work for me?” Or do you wonder why a diet your friend tried worked for them but it really wasn’t helpful to you at all? In this step, we will learn about the term “bio-individuality”. We will learn how to apply that concept to our diet, as well as use our intuition and tune into our body to learn what food is best for our health. We will learn how to eat mindfully and how to customize our own eating plan based on our bio-individuality. As we show our body love this way we keep it healthy
A healthy body is an able body. In order to be able to physically show up for ourselves and others, we must have a healthy body. That requires more than nutrition, it requires MOVEMENT! Have you ever started an exercise program that’s trending or that someone suggests, only to quit after the first week because you found it grueling and/or did not enjoy it? We shall explore this intuitively as well, based on movement that we love to do so we are sure that we will continue to practice it. What type of movement does your body crave? Do you feel the need to jog or run your way to health or would your rather walk for exercise, or do yoga? Do you feel the urge to dance it up with Zumba or kick out your frustrations with kick-boxing?
Step 3: Soul Search: Emotions not dealt with, will manifest as illness in the body. Have you ever heard that, left unchecked, your negative emotions can become stuck in your body and cause disorders or disease? Well, it’s true! Learn about your soul energy centers, or your “chakras” and how being aware of them affects your body. Learn how this fascinating system is available for you to gain awareness of how your emotions affect your body. Learn how, by being aware of your body, you can tune into your emotions and process them so you may live healthy and be less likely to manifest disease.
Listen to your own voice, your own soul, too many people listen to the noise of the world instead of themselves. Leon Brown. Are you overwhelmed and annoyed by all the voices in your life, at home, at work, on social media? The world is so loud and everyone is always spouting off their own opinions and agendas. Here, we will learn ways we can tap into our inner being, so we can hear OURSELVES, and live our own journey fully.
Step 4: Gift of Gratitude: Acknowledging the good that your already have in your life is the foundation of all abundance. Eckhart Tolle. Have you ever become caught up in a negative spiral, feeling that everything is going wrong, caught up in comparing yourself with others, sometimes even falling into a depression? Here, you will learn about a natural law that exists whether you are aware of it or not. By learning how to work with this law, you will magically be able to bring more abundance and joy into your life.
“Nothing ever becomes real till it is experienced; even a proverb is no proverb to you till your life has illustrated it.” John Keats. Have you ever noticed that reading about how to do something can be helpful, but the actual practice of it alters your experience and makes you a believer? After you learn about the fore-mentioned natural law and how to work with it, you will begin to see past, present and future evidence of it! It is then that you will feel the inspiration it brings. You will learn how to recall small or even large miracles in your life. When you recall these moments, your life will feel richer, the grass will look green on YOUR side of the fence! You will come full circle.
In the practice of all of these steps, you will know yourself, love yourself, and be yourself! You will love yourself madly and live your life gladly! You will finally meet the diva that is you!
